Hello,
I have an Honor 7X smartphone running Android version 9.
After installing the NXS version, it does not allow me to change the spacing between each sprocket. It is locked at 0.6.
Whether you have 8 or 12 sprockets, you cannot change the spacing with the + button because the application crashes.
I would like to know when a new version will be available that can fix this problem so that I can use the Quickstarter module.
Thanks.
Hi Armanik,
I don’t have the app running, but I think you only really need the app to change the number of gears . After that you can set the spacing manually on the system itself sprocket by sprocket. At least that’s how I did it and I have to say it’s pretty simple if you do it in a structured way. Starting with the smallest sprocket. The instructions for this should be on this forum.
There is a known bug in the current app that if you are using region setup that displays a comma instead of a decimal point, it will crash. Please be patient, the new app is coming in a couple months, and it will not have these issues.
Also, Honor phones are notorious for issues, since they use a non official version of Android. I’ve personally owned them, and had nothing but trouble, I won’t use anymore.
