I can’t use the nxs app it always crashes on 3 différents Android smartphones, as a push a + or - symbole
This is a little strange. We did have his issue previously with German setup phones that used a comma instead of dot for the display on the screen, but that was updated. Did you download the latest version? Until we resolve this, you can also try changing your region on the phone so that it does not have a comma in the number display and see if that fixes it.
I tried Canada, Germany, belgium, nothing Works

We have confirmed that this is happening. Not sure how this bug reappeared, because it was fixed in a previous version.
The issue: In some regions that use a comma for displaying numbers, it will crash.
The Fix: Temporarily change your region to USA or another that uses a decimal point.
How: System & Update — Language & Region — Select USA. Restart NXS APP.
Very sorry for this inconvenience, and we will get it fixed in the next update. But please note you only need to use the app once to setup the gears, from thereafter, you do not need it at all. If you have a 12 speed bike, you don’t need the app at all, you can make the gear adjustments with the pod. (Video coming)
In the setup the number is displayed with a décimal point, not a comma.
I have got a 12 speed SRAM GX dérailleur, and the step between 2 gears isn’t good at all, in the best case, in can go in the 5th gear and not further…

If possible, send us a quick video of the crashing in the app. Its something we have not seen before.
You do not need the app to tune the gears. Its already set for 12 speed. You can adjust the gears with the pod
Upper left button is the “Function” button. One press and it goes into tune mode. Then the shift buttons become +/- tune buttons. Press the Function button again to save the adjustment.
Il est effectivement possible de faire le setup avec la commande du shifter.
Le bouton du haut à gauche sert à entrer et sortir du mode de réglage de chacune des vitesses a condition d’avoir une cassette en 12v.
Donc en commençant par le plus petit pignon, a chaque pression sur le bouton +, vous pouvez ajuster le dérailleur pour se place au mieux sur la cassette.
Donc de la deuxième, on passe à la 11 puis une imprimante sur le mode réglage, ajuster en plus ou moins avec les touches de vitesses, puis ressortir du mode réglage avec une impulsion sur le bouton en question. Répétez le tout pour chacune des vitesses, en voilà, un dérailleur fonctionnel.

Hi, I checked with US and it is working
After the 10th attempt I could install the app on an Android 16 Galaxy Phone with German language and after changing to English (USA) the decimal (comma) disappeared and I could do a manual setup for an 10-Speed XTR. Now it works! Maybe that helps to eliminate the bugs.
