Happy to have received my product. I can’t find any documentation on calibration on the site - I also don’t have access to any android devices, only IOS. Please advise thanks.
Sorry that currently we only have the Android APP. A new APP compatible with both Android and iOS is under production. It will be ready in a few months. This is why we also are not fixing a few problems with the current APP, as it will be completely replaced soon. If you have a 12 speed, you do not need th APP at all, you can tune the gears with the remote control. APP is just needed for the initial setup and setting the number of gears (If not 12), so if you have a friend you can borrow a phone for a few minutes you can get it done.
