I just got my unit. However I only have an old android device so I can’t install the app through the store.
Is there a way for me to have the apk file so I can side load it?
We can ask the developer for an APK file. But if your device is that old, its almost certainly not going to work anyway. Android has made many major updates to the Bluetooth stack, which we have also had to update. Basically you need to be at the current version, or maybe 1-2 versions back for it to work.
