My derailleur does a few shifts when the light blinks blue. Then nothing. Then after a maybe 10 more seconds it will do a few more shifts and stop again. Not sure how to fix this?
Depends what you mean by “a few shifts”. We have anti-abuse logic built into the device. If you shift continuously, it will shut down to prevent overheating. We have the threshold set high enough that it is above any normal usage. When it does this, check the LED response on the motor. Normally it will blink blue on remote press. If you are exceeding the usage allowance, it blinks a different color, I think yellow.
If we get some complaints that this is interfering with normal riding, we will gradually increase the threshold on the next firmware update.

I got it on the bike, but once again it will go through the shifts once the it won’t shift for 10 more seconds. Then maybe it will do a few more shifts. I can’t see it over heating after 10 shifts. I am not sure what the issues is.
