I have been having some issues setting up my 1x12 derailleur with the NXS on my mtb.
I configured the system to 12 speed, with ~1mm tension for the smallest cog and 31mm for the largest. Tested it in the rack and all seems good. Went for a rest ride and, after a few shifts (maybe 15), the system jumps to the smallest cog. I tried to tune using the app and it only shows cog no.1, reading 204mm!
When i try to set ul the system again, it had both smallest and largest cog defaulting to 204mm. I cant get the shifter to move at all in set up or tune or using the remote.
I tried homing the motor but there was no response.
This has happened a couple of times before and it seemed to eventually fix itself but I’m not sure why…
