Hey, can you work on supporting a proper flatbar shifter? The remote, that came with the kits is a definite no-go for E-MTB and puts off many riders.
I propose you team up with TRP, like Bosch and 3x3 did and make the CMD Shift Switch [SW-M8000E] compatible with your system.

I continued to improve the shifter. As there is no effort required to push on the push button, new configurations are possible. An electrical shifter shall not be an electrified mechanical shifter.
So in the attached document you can see the latest development. It functions perfectly well. It is fantastic for MTB application as you do not need to leave the thumb from the handle bar to shift.
