Honestly it’s quite self-explanatory:
It has 3 different sized ball-joint screws for different derailleurs. You need to match them with the silver hex-nuts and pick the one with the thread that fits your derailleur. Then there is a spare rubber bushing and endcap. The last piece is a thread-adapter, which you might need. Not that hard.
