Motor LED Not Showing Charging

Hello,

I am getting ready to install my NXS Wireless shifter and have run into a problem with the recharging of the motor.

When I plug in a 5V Battery Bank I am not able to get the LED for charging to light up at all. When I press the Red button for 3 seconds and release it the bottom LED flashes green 4 times, Red once and Green one more time.

I have checked that the battery bank has a 5V 2.4A output.

I have tried multiple 5V sources for chargers and battery banks.

What would be the next steps to get it working?

Hello, Try using a standard 5V USB charger, not a fast charger. 2.4A indicates it may be a fast charger for mobile phone. Try different cable. Try reversing the USB plug.
