Shifter stuck and wont home

Went for a ride and all was good. Then suddenly the shifter got stuck in the largest cog (i.e. max tension). I’ve tried the homing procedure both via the motor and app but it doesnt move. Then tried resetting the motor using the function button and homing the motor but still doesnt move. When I press thr function button, it has homing light (first light) as red, then green, green, green, blue, green.

When i try to tune it / set up on the app, it always comes up as smallest and largest cog on 203mm. The largest cog should be more like 30mm.

Any tips for rehoming when it seems to be jammed?

Sounds like you might be jammed up against the low limit screw. Try backing it out a couple turns.

Really sorry about that. Its mostly our fault because we have not finished proper instructions. Glad to see the problem is solved though.
