I’m not sure exactly what I did but I was trying to tune the shifting and the app started asking me for a pin. Now I cannot access the settings because I didn’t know a valid pin. Should I perform a reset? If I do need to do a reset, b is there instructions to pair the controller again?
Not really sure how that happened, but its not a big problem. The default pin is 1 1 1 1. If that does not work, then just reset the device.
Hold the function button on motor for 10 seconds until it homes and goes into pairing mode for 1 minute.
During that 1 minute, press and hold the reset button on pod for 6 seconds.
It should pair automatically. But this will unfortunately clear out your presets as well.
I don’t know how guest it but I was able to get in and reset the pin. It’s all working now and it’s working well. I need to do a test ride. I posted some pictures in a new thread. Thanks!
I just had the same problem just happen to me.
I had finished the mounting and was working on setting it up for the gears. Then it started asking for the pin and wouldn’t let me back in.
